Contemporary art meets traditional décor in this historic farmhouse on Maryland's Eastern Shore. The house, on a beautiful piece of riverfront property, has floor-to-ceiling views of the water, rolling hills, and tree groves. Sightline formed for the client a stellar art collection that respects the natural environment and refined furnishings, even as it makes a sophisticated, visual impact. Artists selected include powerhouse names (many of them women) such as: Ingrid Calame, James Casebere, Tony Feher, Sherin Neshat, Cordy Ryman, Amy Sillman, Mickalene Thomas, and Rachel Whiteread.
